Refund policy

 Returns + Refunds

All returns must be unworn, unused and in original condition. Request for returns or refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Please email support@duplantishairofficial.com with your order information and a brief reason for exchange. If product is damaged we have the right to ask for photo evidence. If you choose to make a return, shipping must be paid for by the customer.
